This is the interior of the Rustic, the oldest bar in Dubois, Wyoming. Clarke's friends Josh and Paula have a dental practice here. The town is ecclectic mix of the rich and cowboys. Note the guy in the red shirt and 10-gallon hat. That isn't a costume folks.
